Primary Years Programme - The Exhibition
Students aged 10 to 12 who are in their final year of the programme are expected to carry out an extended, collaborative inquiry project, know as the exhibition, under the guidance of their teachers.
The exhibition represents a significant event in the life of both the school and student, synthesizing the essential elements of the programme and sharing them with the whole school community. It is an opportunity for students to exhibit the attributes of the student profile that have been developing throughout their engagement with the programme. PYP Exhibition Journal
As required in the exhibition process, students need to include the reflection of the learning during the whole exhibition process. the reflections could include the things that they have accomplished, achieved and also things that they need to improve. It can be kind of learning log or diary for them, where they record all the learning process that they have done. Students may write their reflection everyday, even they can write any time they found something that they need to reflect to. The minimum required reflection from the teachers are three times a week. Once they published their post on this learning log, the post will be automatically posted as timeline, with clear date and time of post entry.
